In 2002, Tepotzotlan was declared “Magical Village” by the Federal Tourism Department, the first one in the state to be declared and one of the first ones in Mexico. Tepotzotlan is located 45 km from Mexico City by the Mexico City-Queretaro highway. It is situated north the state, within Mexico City urban area and in the border with the state of Hidalgo.

In Mansion Tepotzotlan we feature 3 Villas, each one with two floors; the ground floor with a living room, dining room, stove and fridge, as well as half restroom; the upper floor features 3 rooms with full bathroom, queen size bed and closet.
There is 1 Penthouse, very exclusive and exceptional, which counts with TV room, living room, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, half restroom, 1 room for kids with 3 double beds and 1 full bathroom, 2 rooms with 2 double beds each, full bathroom and a deluxe dresser.
There is also 1 Main Suite with a king size bed, a spectacular 8 door closet, screen with mirror, a beautiful view and bathroom with Jacuzzi.
